This original 11 x 14-inchwatercolour painting is set within a 16 x 20-inch white matte. It was recently featured in a solo exhibition as indicated in the photo with black frame, which is not included. However, the detail card from the show will be included with purchase. Derelict Service Station depicts a long abandoned service station in a small Texas town. Located on what was once a major route for thru traffic, the station probably performed well until Interstate Highways took traffic away from the location.

This original 11 x 14-inch water colour is one of a kind. There are no prints in circulation, nor will there be any made available in the future. The owner of this work will never see it anywhere other than the wall on which it will hang. As with any work of art or photo, care should be taken to ensure the work is not exposed to prolonged sunlight.
